LIVE VIRTUAL ORIENTATION MEETING

Service Description

You will have a Live scheduled Online orientation meeting with one of our administrators to help you set up your computer. Please be on time for your meeting. We will be contacting you via telephone and your personal email address to remind you to pick a meeting time. Once you pick a meeting time an email will be sent to you with a link to join the meeting. Remember, the faster you familiarize yourself with this handbook, the faster your meeting will go. Please have your handbook ready when you join. Once you join the meeting, you will share your screen, and we will make sure that you are able to -Join a Microsoft Teams Meetings -Log into Outlook -Log into your assigned websites. -We will ensure that you are able to share your camera -We will ensure that you are able to share your screen -We will ensure that your microphone is in good condition We will also provide you with backgrounds for your meeting screens and show you how to install them. (Chromebook users cannot use the backgrounds due to system limitations but will receive instructions on what backgrounds they are allowed to utilize.) This is very important to your learning process, and it is imperative that you be on time for your orientation day online meeting. We will then go through the rest of your orientation day checklist and answer any questions you may have. It’s a quick meeting that will help you make sure you’re on your educational journey smoothly.
